| The Export Market Post COVID - How Exporters Can Fast-track their Bounce Back with Katabolt

The global Covid-19 crisis has had a particularly hard impact on New Zealand’s community of exporters. Supply chains have been broken, market demand disrupted and contractual security tested. Everybody has been hit, corporate or SME, yet the export community has rallied round in an amazing demonstration of sector collaboration.

Katabolt has been leading much of this collaboration during the crisis, living the impact first hand with exporters. This has given them a unique, inside view of how exporter leaders are reacting and the challenges they face in making clear, informed decisions.

We have invited the Katabolt team to share their experiences in a special webinar for the Icehouse Community. They will break down some of the complex issues facing exporters today and share strategies for export market repair and recovery you can immediately act on;

  • How to triage the impact on your supply chain.
  • Why the psychology of problem-solving is hiding new opportunities from us.
  • How to adapt market and channel strategies on the run.
  • The team will be available for an extended Q&A panel session with you after the webinar.

Bio: Katabolt is New Zealand’s leading private sector export consultancy, preparing and propelling companies offshore to create greater wealth for our nation. Their proven process helps exporters engineer valuable competitive advantage and secure the best commercial partnerships in the most profitable global markets.
