The Details 

The Financial Skills Workshop is a two-day workshop created for owners, senior managers and any team member who makes decisions affecting the financial performance of the business. 

This two day workshop will give you a detailed understanding of financial reporting to develop better budgeting and cash flow management. You will be able to read, forecast and manage the numbers behind the business and develop an action plan to improve financial stability.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to draw critical insights from your financial statements to develop and implement better budgeting and cash flow management systems.
